I went into the salon and showed a picture of a dark colored hair with caramel highlights. This is what I wanted, I left with dark hair and a lot of red highlights. The overall effect some woman may like, but it is too much red and nothing like I had desired. Two weeks later, I have yet to receive a single compliment, which makes me think the mark was missed.

THIS IS LONG BUT WORTH THE READ!!!!! Do not go here! If I could give zero stars I would. I told myself to go to a high end salon but bit the bullet and settled with a $15 haircut. Truth lies in the saying “you get what you pay for” here. First off I got a solid 3-4 inches chopped off, at least. I also want to add I’ve been to cosmetology school and worked in a high end hair salon for a year and a half so I know what I’m looking for in a haircut. Anyways, halfway through my haircut she says “I don’t know why but this side just doesn’t seem to be blending” and just kept chopping away at my hair. I literally wanted to tell her to just stop but I let her do her thing. So when we finish I tell her one side seems to be angled more than the other, and instead of trying to fix it she just comes up with the excuse “well it’s just the way that it’s parted” I think whatever I’m not dealing with this today and got up and paid. So after paying I decide to look at my hair one more time, and bring it to her attention AGAIN, that the one side seems shorter or more angled, and she just didn’t say anything. Just acted like a prude (which could’ve been because I wasn’t going to tip until my hair was fixed). It took another coworker to suggest how to fix it for her to even do it. And then when she did it she had attitude the WHOLE time! I mentioned half way through I was tipping in cash because I was afraid she’d mess my hair up for not tipping, and I only tipped the poor girl because I felt sorry for her. Worst haircut, worst customer service. Save the few extra dollars and go to an actual salon who knows what they’re doing.
I take my grandson to Hannah to get his hair cut. He won't go anywhere else. Hannah does a awesome job. She also does my hair. Love it everytime!
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My boyfriend and I have gotten our hair cut here before and it was never as bad as yesterday. I told the girl EXACTLY what I wanted and I get home to find out she didn't listen and there are pieces of hair that are longer than others. My boyfriends hair is a nightmare. The lady had no clue what she was doing. She shaved his neck up an INCH too high and it's not even straight! Plus the lady shaved too much off the sides, not to mention they gave him steps.. I will absolutely not be going back and will be calling to complain. What a horrible experience. They were too busy tring to leave for the night to cut our hair property..
Perfect hair cut by a very talented woman. Price was good, value great...highly recommend Hannah..
