Great product selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Vet is very caring and accommodating. It's my one-stop shop, I always try to avoid going to any other pet store.
The next day we notice our puppy scratching and biting at his back. The day after that he's broken out in a yellow bubbly rash all over his back. When I called management they didn't seem to care and offered us to come back in. I highly recommend no one to take their dog into the petsmart groomers in North Canton.
Our Puppy got a horrible rash from the groomers who did not take very good care of him!
The manager, Tommy refused my return. According to the website explanation, he was not justified in his refusal. I brought the item in, unopened, with my ID. When I told him that I read the policy. He said he had no way to return my money without a receipt. I stated the store refund card. He again stated his refusal very loudly and rudely. As I was leaving the store, he yelled at me with contempt and embarrassing me. He said so nice doing business with you. I said that I would not be back, he said good, have a nice day. Horrible experience, I will never return to that store.

We took our 6 month old golden retriever puppy in to be groomed. I was told it would be about an hour. After 2 hours they brought him out wet and tried to say he was aggressive. He is far from aggressive. He's a puppy and very submissive and playful. He has never growled at anyone let alone snapped at anyone. He has been at the petsmart groomers before and never had a problem. We told them he never liked the dryers and did better with the drying cage but they wouldn't do the drying cage because they were closing soon. They also made a point to tell me that they were working with another dog that was sick so this made me feel like they just didn't have time for our puppy and rushed him. Then they tried to charge us for things that were never done. Like nail grinding/clipping, blow drying brushing etc.
AVOID THEIR GROOMING! Take only if you know the particular groomer has done a good job. DONT TAKE A RISK ON A RANDOM GROOMER! I’ve had decent experiences in the past but I made th mistake of intrusting my beautiful sheltie to he wrong groomer which completely did a botch job. This cut was obviously done in spite of me and my dog because no one in their right mind would do what she did to him even on accident. His mane is a square and the tip of his tail was chopped clean off and is now flat. Please take your dogs to a professional groomer that will easily charge the same if not less.
