You're staff needs to get it together , also the manager I spoke to Nikki has a real attitude and doesn't let the customer explain their issue... she has a really annoying squeaky high pitched voice and had a fake laugh when I explained I was unhappy with what had happened with my purchase. Will never go back to the Carters store in Canton ,Ohio after the experience I have had . If there was a choice of 0 stars I would have opted that choice.
Staff was super friendly. They had sale signs up near the slippers for 50% off and buy one get one free, which was a little misleading as they were only 50% off. The sales associate adjusted the price to match the sale signs that were posted.
