My order placed had an error, they cheerfully fixed it, and did not charge me for the extra food, which i was willing to buy. The BEST customer relations in food service, and a clean conscientious group of workers! They all seem to work well together. Other businesses should get with the program! I always carry bacterial wipes because most places you eat are not so clean.
Tea is good. Chicken is fabulous and prices are okay.
Great food, great people, and great atmosphere. Busy, but usually fast and friendly! I’ve been a regular customer for about 10 years. One of my favorite restaurants!
My go to place when I'm in canton. I went here the other day after shopping and the whole place was packed. The line went extremely quick and the servers are great at finding your table. The staff is friendly and its neat that when its that busy the staff go outside and take orders at cars to keep the line moving.
The best Fast food experience I've had to date!. There was a huge line of cars at the drive thru when I walked inside and within 2 mins of ordering, it was brought out to me. The chicken was crispy, hot, and juicy. The fries hot and with a nice crunch. Not a soggy fry to be found. The building had a nice outside patio section that was enclosed by a brick wall. They also had live music! This chick-fill-A went all out!
Chick-fil-A has always lead the way in customer service for the food industry! This location is no different my mood instantly changes to good when I visit here. The staff is exceptional and I’ve never had any problems with my food.
